NETHERLANDS, HOLLAND

Land Of Water, Land Of Tulips, Windy Windmills, Cleverly Crafted Clogs

Wow, such a BIG clog! (Am I in Giant Land?). Photo taken at a well known clog making shop. I definitely can't walk with it...

Above, a big windmill and a tiny me. Can you spot the narrowest house in Amsterdam? House (third from left) was the narrowest in Amsterdam when I was there. (according to the tour guide)

Fun on and near the water in Holland
Much of Holland is water. Few countries have such an extensive system of rivers, canals, lakes and sea inlets. Holland has 4,400 kilometres of navigable waterway, so it is a paradise for watersports enthusiasts. There is no other country in the world where it is so easy to travel by boat from the centre of town into the heart of the countryside, and where you can experience such a unique combination of urban bustle and rural quiet.

Lee Jun Ki

The currently running Korean Dramas on 8TV : IlJimae is really
good. I like the cinematography, the hilarous antics, the flying-fox
actions etc, not forgetting the most popular Korean Actor Lee Jun Ki
as the hero.

HEY, YOU GOT IT!

This evening as I walked back from the LRT station carrying 3 bags full of books
purchased from International Book Fair at PWTC and my usual black handbag,
I were panting when I reached the top of the stairs. So I quickly put down those
heavy bags and about to lean on 1 white car parked near the houses. Immediately
I stopped my intention when I saw the car quite dusty and dirty. It will definitely stain my
white t-shirt. But something caught my eyes and a smile was drawn on my face..

You know what, someone noticed the car was dirty and he/she wrote "sila basuh" on
the car itself (on the dirt, something like when we draw on a misty mirror). Couldn't
believe my eye that someone will take an extra mile to write on it. With technology
is so handy nowadays, I took out my handphone and snapped it. I hope you all can see
the words written " sila basuh ". Sila basuh means please wash.

EURO DISNEYLAND (PARIS)

My first taste of Disneyland is Euro Disneyland in Paris way back in Jan 1993.
I think at that time the Euro Disneyland just open not long ago.

The tea pot is quite unique coz it can release steam out of its spout, and the cover
will open up at its interval.

Careful, thou shall not tell lies... remember what happened to Pinnochio?

Such a long queue for the ride! You know why? There is some
technical problem, therefore the crowd accumulated and bottleneck...

It is okay to visit Euro Disney IF it is your first visit to Disneyland.
But if you are given one chance, then the most wonderful Disneyland,
the one that everyone should go will be Walt Disney World Orlando
coz they have everything and it is AWESOME...
