INCHEON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - THE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AIRPORT!

A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AIRPORT

When I was in Incheon International Airport,
South Korea, I was amazed to see a wooden
case with some 'reading glasses' for elderly to
wear in order to enable them to read and fill
the 'arrival card'. Isn't it thoughtful?

At the 3rd Floor of the Incheon International Airport,
Departure Gate 40, there is a zone called Traditional
Culture Experiencing Zone. It is a complex where
traditional culture is displayed and experienced.

This will be the best opportunity to understand the
unique arts of Korea by directly experiencing arts
such as folding fans of many colours, knots, and
making of square pincushions and trinket box as
above. The above crafty box is done by me with
guidance from the expert. I did it while waiting
to board the flight back to Malaysia. It is
absolutely free,
inclusive of the materials.

So, do visit this cultural place while waiting to
board your flight back home. This zone is open
from 7:00 am till 22:00pm daily.

It is Free of Charge...

This is a great way to have quality time during the
waiting
which normally passengers will sit at the
boarding
area for 1 hour reading newspaper, chat
or
basically sit down and do nothing - kind of boring!

RESTAURANT MR. TEPPANYAKI

NO ITEMISED RECEIPT , GET RM100 MEAL VOUCHER!

Restaurant Mr. Teppanyaki encouraging their
customers to ask for itemised receipt. If not
given any itemised receipt, may call the above

There is one true case of another restaurant who
fully employed foreign workers to handle the
outlet in Puchong. The boss get a friend to
'undercover' as a customer to dine there.
He was not given the official itemised receipt.
He told the boss what he ordered on that particular
day. After checking the daily cash received, his
friend order and payment was not recorded, the boss
discovered that the cashier has cheated the money..

RM1.00 only, YES...this is not a typo error.

HAPPENINGS - BULAN RAMADHAN

MALAYSIA AND BULAN RAMADHAN

In the month of September, you can find many
Bazaar Ramadhan and Buffet Ramadhan in the
shopping malls and hotels.

Where on earth can you find the modern
escalators just besides the fishing village,
near a shore full of sea shells?

One Utama Sopping Centre, of course!

One Utama Shopping Mall turn its LG-Oval into
a Ramadhan Village. Most people who works in
the capital - Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya
are from different states. So this man-made
'village' creates a hometown village ambience,
giving the feels of Hari Raya as the song sang
by Allahyarham Sudirman Haji Arshad titled
'Balik Kampung'

You normally see 'floating market' in Bangkok
where merchants selling their fresh items / merchandise
in the boat / sampan. Here you can find many cookies,
decoratives, handy crafts, coconut shell crafts
sold in the sampan at the 'shore' in this

man-made fishing village!

Buffet Spread for Ramadhan at The Summit Hotel
in Subang Jaya.

Ramadhan Display at Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul
Aziz Shah in Shah Alam, Selangor.

To those who loves to try local Malay cuisine
with a special 'village' touch, do visit all these
Bazaar Ramadhan and Buffet Ramadhan for
those 'mouth watering' delicacies like Nasi
Kerabu, Nasi Dagang, Otak-otak, Lemang and
Rendang...
